AbstractResearch on organizational behavior is based on the scientific method. By using the questionnaire which is used to measure the relationship between the main and secondary variables. The data have been gathered systematically to explain natural relationships between many variables. In this article the limitation of recommendations is limited to solve the problems about need for achievement, need for autonomy, creative tendency, calculated risk taking, drive and determination.
